I believe the version in ports is a major revision out of date, and
not compatible with OgreKit (or, at least, it wasn't when I tried a
couple of months ago).
I've been wanting to try a setup under DragonFlyBSD, so I'll try all
of the above in the next few days or so and report back what I find.
