Yes. I consider OPMLKit as stable for reading OPML. Writing is not implemented and will not be implemented in the near future. I always thought it was broken on GNUstep, but contrary to my previous belief, it actually works. I changed a couple of things in the example application to it. I haven't tested it very thoroughly yet.
