Agree. At this stage, A simple tag should work for release (under tag/)
Most of fixes  stay in stable. So release does not change at all.
Literally, it is just a tag of stable.

I put the ones everybody agree at the end of this email
and make a more clear cut on the ones we discussed.
I also add the Services/Private category since they are less arguable:
