Advanced Telecom Group. http://www.callatg.com/ It took ATG forever to get our line installed, because we originally ordered a fractional T1, which Qwest (illegally) refused to install. But since it's been in, I've only seen a few outages (maybe five times in 16 months), and they always resolve the issue within a few minutes, without me having to call.
