Get IBM Websphere Homepage Builder - it comes with clipart, sounds, animator, javascripts, wysiwyg dhtml, java applets, etc. This is the only fully functional WYSIWYG web page editor for Linux. It uses Wine. I got Hotmetal instead because you had to download it - they didn't ship a boxed version when I was shopping for one - they do now.
