Yes, the "herding" email list, AKA "cat-herders" would best-account for
the leadership of our EUGLUG.  Of course, in any given moment, anyone
might take leadership to represent or promote the group's mission, but
when it comes to organized events and endeavors, it is hard to get
enough folks into a [physical] room at once... so herding it is.
