Well, the FCC just APPROVED the BPL BS last week - hams are not going to like this one at light with the FCC, either...! I have heard a few talk about it over the radio here - and just about every ham is pissed at the commision for not taking a HARDER look at the testing results that were done by private parties, rather than their own in the FCC.....

I thought the broadband over power line was too expensive, as in you'd
get more throughput for less money just stringing a fiber bundle along
the same right of way?
