I believe the process is 100% open.  All you have to do is join the
list ( I believe. ) and wait for dissuasion about webdev.  You will
get the cron job notices about updates on Tux.

Looks like only cron-apt was discussed there in the last month,
which doesn't have a whole lot to do with webdev ;)

I was going to ask if I have to attend a meeting to even hear a
discussion about the group's website, but maybe this list is where
its at?  Nothing has happened for so long, maybe the process can
be opened up to others?
