With charger like the one Rudman makes wouldn't it be possible to go a long
distance in one day with a car that was efficient and had fair range to
begin with. It is all about charging time. If we could get 6 or 7 places
down I-5 to lend a 220 socket I bet we could set a 8 hour record for
distance. Go from SF to LA. I also think that we could go from LA to NY in
3 days driving time and that would set a record also. I was thinking
something like Rich Browns Mazda might do it or Waylands insight conversion.
Panasonic high cap lead acid might be better for fast charging than the
Evercells. Just a thought. Maybe it's time to showoff the technology.
