In Massachusetts you can get your vehicle inspected at almost any gas station. It's supposed to be a safety and emissions inspection so I am guessing that I would still have to do it even if my vehicle was registered as electric. They only do emissions testing every other year and they do the safety inspection every year.
I think I'll just keep it registered as a gas guzzler for now. I don't feel like dealing with the RMV.
