I just replaced 2 cells that where lagging behind in a customers 49
TS 260ah cell pack , and did a capacity test . I used the car for the
last 3 days and after pulling 230 ah I was not able to make the buzzer
sound even while accelerating at 300 amps ( mine BMS which controls
charger and low voltage buzzer) so I ran the heater a 30 amp load for
another hour and when buzzer sounded ( looked like about 2.7v ) I
stopped test . From most neg up . (Decimals left out )

100 miles per cycle . This is the best performance I've seen , Hot
here in the summer , over 100 most of the time . I believe the low
amp draw when driving C2 and acceleration 2C ( with 260 ah thst's 500
amps), never discharging to far,
one extra cell to keep end of charge voltage lower than 3.6.
any thoughts ?
