In fact the people who own these high end cars love driving them which is why 
the Tesla roadster has been so successful.

If you're selling an expensive car at least make it have the comforts of an 
expensive car.

If you're paying Mercedes money you should get Mercedes comfort.

If you're converting something why not convert something with leather seats?

The sort of people who can afford to pay 50 to 100% more for a small hatch 
don't want a car with hard, flat, plastic seats.

I'm looking forward to the Tesla S being released in Australia because it ticks 
these boxes.  

Sadly over one third of the drive away price will be federal and state taxes 
because Australia doesn't believe in electric cars.
