The catch is that they are 'used' and have absolutely no warranty or support whatsoever. That said, if I could get hold of 15 or so of the 48 modules that make up these ex-Better Place packs for 15/48 x $4800 = $1500, I'd bite their hand off! (I'm in the UK). MW
