The clue to the solution is it also occurs with the vehicle stopped and transmission in neutral as stated. It has to be in the motor connector, Pressure plate, clutch disk, or transmission input shaft and bearing. as they are the only parts which are moving... i*f there are any components on the front end of the motor, vacuum pump, alternator, AC compressor, power steering pump and tachometer sensor disk.*
