Dennis - are you able to get to 50 mph in either 3rd and 4th gear without
over-revving the motor?  Is there any difference?  If not, you can
eliminate the motor/flywheel.  Another option, which I think was mentioned,
would be to produce the problem and then push in the clutch and let the
motor spool down -- if the vibration persists, assuming you can keep the
vehicle at speed, that eliminates the motor.

once the motor is eliminated, it's either something along the drive shaft
or wheels/axle.  they rotate at different speeds, so that's helpful.  If
the vibration is like an unbalanced tire (I think someone suggested to
actually make a tire out-of-balanced to test this), then it's something
along the axle or wheels.  Otherwise, must be the driveshaft.
