The Best Western Dry Creek Inn to provide free Tesla Model S test drives on
June 5

The Best Western Dry Creek Inn, which is located in Healdsburg, has
organized a daylong event on June 7, in order to celebrate its new electric
vehicle (EV) charging stations, according to Patch. The hotel will provide
the ultimate green luxury driving experience of Tesla Motors Inc Model S
sedan.

Community members and invited guests can test drive on Model S from 10 AM to
4 PM local time in California, followed by a reception including Artisan
cheese and Sonoma Wines. Although, the reception and test drive are
compliment and free for all, interested individuals should register for the
event.

Patch has recommended booking for test drive appointments before the event:

According to the link, Tesla representatives will confirm appointments. The
approved individuals will be allowed to test drive Tesla Model S for 15
minutes, over a prearranged route, which will be designed to emphasize the
EV’s capabilities. Drivers will be accompanied by a Tesla Product Specialist
to ensure they make the best of their time. Guests and members will be
allowed to bring three guests with them, accompanying them during the test
drives.

Three EV charging stations were installed last month at the Best Western Dry
Creek to cater increasing demand from community members, and guests for
stations, to get their battery-driven automobiles recharged. The charging
stations are compatible with all kinds of EVs and available to the public,
who drive EVs.

“We put them in both as a convenience to our guests, as well as benefit to
the community,” said Dry Creek Inn President and General Manager Aaron Krug,
residing in Windsor. “We wanted to do our part and make it easier for people
visiting Sonoma Wine Country to take trips in their electric vehicles.”

The customers will be charged $2 per hour for the first three hours, and
then $5 for every hour.

The hotel has been taking initiatives in green improvements. Earlier this
year, it installed low flow toilets, and last year it upgraded to the water
and energy efficient Ozone Laundry Systems.
