I'm looking for an AH meter for my truck. I want to put it into the hole
that will be left by a Curtis 900R (lead acid) battery monitor in my
dash, so the form factor should be a round automotive 2" diameter panel
type.
I'm willing to pay extra to have it powered by the pack (118-135 volts)
and not require an isolated 12 volt supply. I'm willing to pay extra to
have it use a hall effect sensor (as opposed to a shunt), as I don't
need it to be terribly accurate and for my mounting position a hall
effect will be easier/cleaner.
Ideally I'd like to wire it up to pack +/- and the magnetic current
sensor and be done.
Suggestions?
Jay
