In my 2016 Kia Soul EV+ the two line up at 25% SOC and the battery is at 95% SOC when the display shows 100% SOC. Interestingly on the Kia Soul EV, it stops quick charging at somewhere between 83% and 84%. It wasn't until I could read the CAN bus messages that I found that this translates to 80% SOC according to the BMS. -- David D.
