Subject: Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 141 I like to see that Federal Motor Vehicle Safety Standard No. 141 which is adding a pedestrian warning sound to quiet cars, will be mandatory for *all* vehicles, not just Hybrid and Electric Vehicles. There are many more high-end cars with Internal Combustion engine that emit as little noise as Hybrid and Electric Vehicles, so if the intent is to make sure pedestrians are safe then the sound maker for quiet cars must apply to all cars, not just a small fraction.
