I mentioned just charging overnight from a 120v outlet at the hotel and one person noted he has had success with that and his Volt.
Which raises a good point. It would be a travesty to leave a Volt or other 50 mile PHEV or someone just needing a 40 mile topoff to leave their car on a hotel L2 overnight. I am gald to hear he looked for the L1 outlets instead for his volt. I even carry a stack of professionally made EV Charging OUtglet signs and try to talk the manager into puttitng one up over his outlet. I have had 2 successes, though I dont travel much at all.
