I still have 4 original Nissan LEAF convenience chargers. 2 of those have been converted to work on 240V as well, all are still the original 12A. Some are (well-) used, others are practically new. I bought them to convert and sell at a little profit, but now I am happy to just get the cost back. $100 plus shipping for the well used, 150 for the nicer one. All come with the original storage case Let me know. Cor.
