I have several lithium battery modules that have been stored for years but at heavy voltage levels. When initially performing a simple load test the readings show very low capacity, like 1/10th original. Is there any way to “wake up” or exercise or recondition then to usage range? Or is it best to recycle and focus on getting new cells?
