I think it's pretty obvious they had no idea what they are doing and are
now trying to claim the through-bolted with ABS plastic is a "feature" not
a bug.  The proper way to handle this is add thermistors near each terminal
that tells the BMS the terminal is overheating and to safely disconnect.
They through bolted plastic on the BMS leads that are not near a terminal!

If they admit wrongdoing, they have to fix or buy back pretty much
everything they have made, which I'm sure is the end of their company.
