The BLE (Bluetooth) TPMS are $60 from Tesla. You can order them from https://parts.tesla.com/ and you don't need to program them, you can learn them yourself from the service tab in your menu. With TPMS, I've found the aftermarket ones don't seem to last as long as OEM.
