Hi Elizabeth, If I understand your question correctly, you are asking how to extend the date by which the item on the hold shelf is to be picked up?
If so, then - go to *Hold Shelf* under the *Circulation* menu, - in the *Actions* for selected items, choose *Edit Hold Dates*, - and edit the *Shelf Expire Date*. I am not sure whether there might be a library setting preventing changes to shelf expiration dates if the item is in the status Ready for Pickup; however, I am not aware of such a setting. Hope this helps Eva út 29. 8. 2023 v 15:39 odesílatel Elizabeth Davis via Evergreen-general < evergreen-general@list.evergreen-ils.org> napsal: > Hi > > > > Similar to the “Deliver Later” in Overdrive’s Libby, staff were wondering > how they can easily suspend a hold when it’s in the ready for pick up > status.
