That papers seem interesting, and might be related to what I just say to Grayson, as it cites Hartle-Gell’man, but also Omnes, which in my opinion refine rather well the notion of “worlds” through the notion of (consistent) histories (unfortunately the term “consistent” here has not the same meaning than the term consistent in logic, but mechanism relates them in some way.
