And those weights don't just fall from heaven.  They are determined by using huge repositories of training data.  So I'd say the real secret sauce is 300yrs worth of recorded human knowledge.  Einstein only learned a tiny bit of that knowledge, but then he extended it in a surprising way.  Let's see if AI can do that.
