I use on most systems qmail and a .Mail or .Maildir with mutt, and some dont like to
see it. The mail directory can be configured with export MAIL or export MAILDIR.

Is it so hard to code to change this directory? I cant image this. At the moment I
wrote a perl wrapper to start evolution from .evolution but like some of you wrote
here I changed it allready to .gnome/evolution. So may some people would like to
change this. And in most software I like I can configure where the config files are
kept.
