Qualifications:
Post Graduate/Graduate in Computer Applications or MBA from reputed
institute, and having a course in mathematics/statistics is a plus

Or

Graduate in any other stream with relevant IT related certifications (like,
DOEACC "A" level, GNIIT) and having high programming and logical skills

Technical

VBA
Transforming a problem definition into an algorithm and translating into
VBA
Knowledge of MS Excel/MS Access objects, their properties and methods

MS Access
Designing complex and scalable databases
Writing complex DDL and DML queries in MS Access
Building interfaces using forms
Building reports
Importing data from various sources

MS Excel
Adept at writing formulas: performing data aggregation (sumif, countif),
data cleaning (like trim, len, mid), data lookups (lookups, match, index)
and cell references

Pivot tables
Importing data from various sources (like text files, CSVs, MS Access)
Experience of data visualization tools like Tableau/ Xcelsius is good to
have
Basic understanding of Oracle/MS SQL Server or SPSS/SAS is good to have
Knowledge of Agile (eXtreme Programming) is a plus
