Job Description Following points below summarize the roles & responsibilities of the incumbent: Work with the client team to improve card portfolio performance through predictive modeling, data mining and business analysis. Conceptualize and execute campaign management strategy and system for more effective marketing promotions. Perform complex statistical and quantitative analysis (segmentation, forecasting, regression etc.) to manage campaign lifecycle - campaign design, execution, post campaign analysis and campaign ROI measurement Building and preparing data for predictive modelers from multiple data sources, develop advanced algorithms that extract and classify information from large, noisy, unstructured and multiple database and also implement platform for cleansing, harmonizing, classifying, matching and merging data sources. This position required demonstrated ability to analyze the card data and support predictive modeler while building high end predictive model and solve real problems. Experience with statistical software (such as SAS,Matlab, R, SPSS) Knowledge of SQL, relational database design and methods for efficientlyretrieving data from them. Create & make presentations to explain problems, approach, and solution and progress report to clients. Skills : - Statistical Modeling using SAS.( Regression, Cluster Analysis etc) - Oracle (Good Experience in Data extraction). - Must be involved in Full SDLC in SAS Developement ( From requirement gathering , developement and unit testing). - Good communication. Qualifications / Eligibility: 2.5 - 8 years of analytics experience in marketing/risk or comparable function preferably from debit or credit card / financial service industry (Atleast 1 + yr of experience in Credit Card Domain) Card domain knowledge required. Work experience required on card life cycle management, authorization, Issuing & Acquiring, fraud management, Loyalty and Merchant servicing etc. Bachelor"s degree in Engineering, Math, Statistics, Economics, Business, Marketing or other quantitative discipline; Master"s degree a plus.
