Now I understand why the first requirement was first. This is a fair implementation of that requirement IMHO.
Some weird things seem to happen if you edit a line after it has been wrapped. That may not be an issue for MM. I still think Excel is not cut out to be a word processor and for dealing with large amounts of text it might be better to use Word which does all this in its sleep - either within tables or in the full page.
