How do i pull values from a validation list ? i am trying to do a simple nutritional planer. i have a list contaning nutiotional contains of different foods pr. 100g so lets say that i use data validation to create a dropdown and i click "apple" i want to pull the remaining information which is also in the sheet into rows Amount I Kcal I Fat I Carbs I Protein ect. so that i can put in the amount and it will calculate the rest
