Ok folks, this should be an easy one for the long timers out there...

Platform: Exchange v5.5 SP4 on Windows 2000 Server SP4.

I have an Exchange v5.5 site with two servers in it. The primary is our old
Exchange server and the new one is the box that I am transistioning all of
my users to. This box is a dual 3.06 GHz Xeon server with 2GB of RAM and
more RAID-5 diskspace than I'll ever user. This server is plenty fast and
*should* not be the bottleneck.

I have been following the Ed Crowley Move Method(TM) and I'm on the step
were I've created public folders on the new server, replicated all data to
the public folders and have started moving users to the new box.

With (3) users on the new server, when I click on a message with any size
attachment, Outlook will hang and a "Requesting Data" message will appear.
After 5 seconds the message appears and life is good. For what it is worth,
the name of the server on the "requesting data" window is the netbios name,
not the FQDN, which means that Outlook is waiting on the server, not a
directory lookup.

The old server is still hosting OWA and the IMS connector. Once I get the
mailboxes moved, I will cutover OWA and IMS.

Any ideas?
