Two things come to mind.

Make sure that the RPC binding order
(HKLM/Software/Microsoft/Exchange/Exchange Provider) - RPC Binding Order is
set to 'ncanc_ip_tcp' ONLY - remove all the other entries.

Second - rebuild the profile on the client.
