Will look into that.  I'm also upgrading all of our servers to Gigabit
Ethernet, so if bandwidth is the issue that should give me more headroom.

Hmmm.. Could be the AV - haven't run Norton on Exchange ever, so I can't
tell you for sure.

Have you ensured all relevant network connections are fixed (rather than set
to auto) for speed and duplex?
