We use Legato. It has a backup module for Exchange, which we have used in anger on occasion, but only on 5.5. The last time it was used was to recover a 167GB IS from a hot backup - worked pretty well, but it did take a few hours ;)
I am just about to start testing their latest backup module for Exchange 2003 before we start our migration.
