All valid reasons, but since when did Management listen to reason. :( Using shared points of contact allows your sales team to disseminate [EMAIL PROTECTED] as a contact address and makes sure somebody picks up the vital sales order rather than irritating the customer with a lack of response.
Even if OoO is disabled for the internet it still cuases problems internally. I'd like to have an option for OoO to work on a once per sender per day.
