My management didn't. (Actually, they probably did, but they had to make a call one way or the other.) I don't use Out of Office because it's open to the Internet.
Some companies allow you to put a phrase in the OOO message that will be cause it to be caught by their outbound Internet message scanning filter. That might be something to consider.
