You are assuming they have an IIS server. This is one of my options that I have have purposed but I am still trying to gather information about how the apps works. This would require code changes on all the app servers and they would need to have a way to change who the email is sent to on the fly. I like the batch idea as I could share a drive and pot a text file ther with all the email addresses commented out and they could expose the one they wamt to send to.
