Not an option and IIS on exchange is not either...they also do not want to manually keep track of contacts. A few options I have turned over to them are separate IIS server or find a way to pull variable data for the applications, i.e. have a text file on a share that has the email address of the person that should be receiving the email and plug into the application servers themselves. I am waiting on someone who actually knows how their apps work...thanks for everyone's suggestions.
