This does indeed turn out to be the case. Upon a successful push of the new Remote Agent to the server, I can see the Ex Directory, IS, Mailboxes, Public Folders and System State.
Was able to select the C: and D: drives (excluding the /exchsrvr directories), Directory, IS and System State options.
