Is your server still a member of Domain Exchange Servers group? Did any groups or user accounts get moved from the Users container in the AD?

The error is: Access is denied. Facility: Win32 ID no: c0070005 Exchange System Manager The other tech reports that the McAfee SuperDat was also installed yesterday. I've disabled the McAfee & BENT services & rebooted, but that's not helping.
