1. Yes, it's still a member of the group. 2. Not that I can tell. And, since the client waited for 6 months before calling to report a backup problem, I can't restore from tape. 3. The other tech reports he attempted to use the delegation wizard in ESM to grant permission to the user account BENT uses, but when that didn't work, he removed it. When I go into the wizard, only my Exchange Admin account is listed, with Full Exchange Administrator as the role.
