1. Yes, it's still a member of the group.
2. Not that I can tell. And, since the client waited for 6 months before
calling to report a backup problem, I can't restore from tape.
3. The other tech reports he attempted to use the delegation wizard in
ESM to grant permission to the user account BENT uses, but when that
didn't work, he removed it. When I go into the wizard, only my Exchange
Admin account is listed, with Full Exchange Administrator as the role.

Exchange 2003 (no SP1) mixed mode on Win 2k SP4. Yesterday, another tech
attempted to resolve some Backup Exec issues. Since then, SA won't
start, giving "Unexpected error Overlapped I/O operation is in progress.
Facility: Win32 ID no: c00703e5 Microsoft Exchange System Attendant
occurred." when I'm logged in as Domain Admin or Exchange Admin. I'm not
coming up with anything when searching for a resolution.
 
Upon looking in ESM, I get an error when attempting to look in the
LOCALE and DIAGNOSTIC LOGGING property sheets for the Server object. All
other property sheets for the Server are visible. The error is:
 
Access is denied.

The other tech reports that the McAfee SuperDat was also installed
yesterday. I've disabled the McAfee & BENT services & rebooted, but
that's not helping.
