We did not reinstall the server, we repaired it. I will suggest that she try
the "/cleanfreebusy" switch to see if that fixes it.
BTW, before anyone gripes, I did search the list archives. :-)

What do you mean "Copy on the server"?
If that refers to the free/busy info, you can always try starting Outlook
with the /cleanfreebusy switch.
Also, after the rebuild of the server and applying of SPs and hotfixes, did
you run the Perf Optimizer?

Subject: Exchange 5.5 problems
I've got two problems with Exchange 5.5. We have two servers and I keep
seeing an error in the application log about problems generating the offline
address book. Yesterday I was informed that when my boss' assistant updates
his calendar, it only updates HER copy, not the copy on the server.
I figure these are related to the crash we had a few weeks back. Can anyone
tell me how to fix these two problems?
