Does anyone know how to reset an Exchange Active Sync PIN applied to a
Mobile Device?  We have a user who has forgotten their PIN number and
can not access their mobile 5 device.

Exchange 2003 SP2 EAS
Mobile 5 Devices with MSFP
Dataplan
User who has forgotten their PIN
