How do your users check their hosted mailboxes to check for false positives? I had no problem with the hosted solution, but I spent far more time helping my users remember how to connect to their remote mailbox than I do now simply supporting a set it and forget it box.

We were spending easily 10 times the man hours supporting our hosted solution compared to having it on site.
