Wouldn't pre-Outlook 2003 clients be 1 by default since cached mode was
introduced in Outlook 2003?

According to the MS Exchange Blog
(http://www.typepad.com/t/trackback/208/1181173), this is how the Client
Mode values stack up:

0 = 'unknown' and seems to indicate pre-Outlook 2003 (version 11) clients.
1 = Online
2 = Cached mode

That explains why I was seeing 0 for Online clients.
