You mean while in the office?  You let them have AOHell on their work PCs?
Lock down the workstation then, for starters.

Is there a way to prevent users from using (for example) AOL or any other
3rd party POP3 mail clients.  We want to force our users to use only our
exchange server for their e-mail.  Can this be done?
