SP4 yes. Especially if you were to call MS. Thats the first thing they will
have you do 99% of the time. For that matter make sure you have all required
patches associated with the problem have been installed. I hate to call MS
Tech Support to get help and hold for an half hour only to hear "Did you
apply the latest patches?"
