Page file is too low, although I cannot conclusively say that is the cause.
RAM + 12 + 200 = min (assuming nothing else on the box and it is a member server) Max should be 1.5 - 2.0 times the min.... What else do you have running on this machine? My first thought would be to confirm the page file size. The "standard" page file for NT Server is not enough for Exchange. I can't remember right off the text of the 1160 and 1025 events, so sharing those might help as well.
